Taps

How do they work? As much as we would love to say they work through pure magic, they don't. It's part magic, part mechanical engineering.
It's possible to convert an existing beer-tap to a cocktail tap. This would be the easiest and cheapest solution we offer.
We prefer to build a custom setup specific to your venue and style of drinks. This would include a special cooling setup to cool the drinks down to sub-zero and the right type of gas to prevent oxidization and carbonation of the drinks. This way you serve the best possible version of your drinks in high volume to you guests.

Nitro vs Non-Nitro

Nitro does not refer to the next installment of The Fast and the Furious but to a great addition to cocktails on tap.
By adding a nitro-infuser to your tap, you create a delicious creamy texture and a foamy head to your cocktail. Amazing for Espresso Martini's or a fresh and fruity Cloverclub.
Not keen on this style of drink? With our regular setup you can serve drinks straight up or on ice. This is great for Daiquiri's or a Basil Smash.
We can even help carbonate some of your drinks to create that effervescent, bubbly summer drink.
